1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pl77 ("pl77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pl77 online gaming platform available at pl77.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on pl77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of pl77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from pl77 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.

pl77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the pl77 Platform, you must register an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. pl77 may merge or close duplicate accounts and may withhold any balances associated with duplicate registrations.
• Keep your pl77 login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify pl77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

pl77 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where pl77 reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the pl77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pl77 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform from time to time.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your pl77 account are credited for gaming purposes only. pl77 does not pay interest on account balances.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pl77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
• Fraud Prevention: pl77 employs fraud detection systems. Transactions that trigger fraud alerts may be delayed or declined pending investigation. pl77 will not be liable for any losses arising from such delays.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting pl77 support is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pl77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• pl77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means – will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional gamblers or those using systematic betting strategies may be excluded from promotional offers at pl77's discretion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pl77 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. General game conditions include:

• All games on pl77 use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• pl77's decision on the outcome of any game is final and binding, subject to any manifest error.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, pl77 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a round cannot be completed, stakes may be returned at pl77's discretion.
• pl77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised.
• Players must not use any software, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pl77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pl77 staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported and will be voided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pl77 Platform – including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual materials – is the exclusive property of pl77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without pl77's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pl77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain password security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond pl77's reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pl77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10. Privacy

pl77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform.
• pl77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• pl77 may share your data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or legitimate business necessity.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

11. Responsible Gaming

pl77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via account settings.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to help manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting pl77 support.

12. Termination

pl77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, pl77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting pl77 support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

13. Amendments

pl77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pl77 will provide reasonable notice via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pl77 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

pl77 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or gaming legislation in the Philippines.
